How to reach Maison Internationale from hotels
If you stay at the Mercure Montrouge Porte d'Orléans:
Walk to Boulevard (Bd) Jourdan and continue it (on the right side) until you reach the
Cité Universitaire entrance gate; you can also walk to the Cité Universitaire park and cross it to reach the Maison Internationale; around 15 min. walk (1.2 km)
If you stay at the Hotel Arotel:
- Go to the Metro Station Montparnasse-Bienvenue
- Take Metro line 4, direction Porte d'Orléans
- Change at Denfert-Rochereau and take RER line B direction Robinson / St-Rémy les
Chevreuses and exit at Cité Universitaire; you will be in front of the Cité Universitaire
entrance gate
- Alternatively, you can stay in Metro line 4, exit at Porte d'Orléans and then walk until
Cité Universitaire following Bd Jourdan
If you stay in another selected hotel:
- Go to the RER station mentioned in the hotel table
- Take RER line B direction Robinson / St-Rémy les Chevreuses and exit at
Cité Universitaire; you are in front of Cité Universitaire entrance gate
If you are in another hotel, or want to get more details about your route, consult the RATP site (the Parisian public transportation system) in the following way:
- Click on 'International passengers' top almost right to access the English interface
- Enter the hotel address in the 'Departure' area (for example '74 bd Quine 75014 Paris' )
- Enter Maison Internationale address in the 'Destination' area, that is '17 bd Jourdan 75014 Paris')
- Select preferences, date and time if you like
- Click 'search'
From Cité Universitaire entrance gate:
- Pass through the gate
- Cross the courtyard
- Enter the Maison Internationale building through the main doors
just in front of you
- and then follow the signs that will guide you to your ICSM session or workshop
